👩‍🍳How to prepare our overnight oatmeal?
📝 Ingredients:
🥣3 tablespoons of oats
🥣3 tablespoons of light greek yoghurt (2% fat)
🥣1 tablespoon of chia seeds
🥣1 teaspoon of linseeds
🥣1-2 teaspoons honey or syrope of agave
🥣1/2 cup of almond milk or the milk u prefer.
🥣If u want to put banana or apple add some cinnamon…if u don’t like it you can put one teaspoon of cacao without sugar..
👩‍🍳Mix all the ingredients very well and put the bowl in the fridge all over the night or for 3 -4 hours…
🥣👩‍🍳 When it is ready you can put on the top different fruits like peach ,grapes cherries ,apple, bananas, melon,.. nuts and some dark chocolate…🍑🍌🍒
🌈 Make your meals colorful and interesting…
We have to take care of us. We can take our overnight oatmeal at work too…
📝It’s a very good and tasty choice full of nutrients… vitamins..minerals proteins , carbohydrates..and a small fat content….
